Mosaic Mimic Panels

The mosaic mimic system is a long-lasting, 100%-modular solution for many 24/7/365 process control and visualization applications.

Mosaic is well proven, providing a secure and robust engineered solution, giving total confidence to plant and control room operators.

With minimal routine maintenance required, lifetime ownership costs are kept to a minimum.

Mosaic mimic panel is made of small pre-printed attachable tiles representing phases, processes and flows of the plant. The framework of signal lights and sound helps you immediately monitor the status of the connected system, whilst switches and selectors allow you to manage the operations.

A key benefit of the system is the ease of future modification. Devices may be added or removed to the demands of the user, with the mosaic always maintaining a high-quality appearance which shows no visible history of modification.

Critical Action Panels (CAPs) are hardwired safety panels installed in oil and gas platform control rooms. They are used as a redundant backup for safe shutdown in cases where software systems could fail. High-quality switches, displays and digital measuring devices from well-known manufacturers are used to achieve SIL certification (Safety Integrity Level) if necessary. All cables are halogen-free and flame-retardant.

SALTECH is able to supply switches and indicators that can be installed into most outdated CAP and F&G panels from other manufacturers to extend their lifespan.

Nuclear power plant control rooms

We specialise in customised control rooms for nuclear power plants.

Every new nuclear power plant project must meet certain seismic criteria, which depend on the geographical location. We have a database of already manufactured control room components that can be used for seismic analysis. If sufficient data is not available, an actual seismic test will be conducted using full-size electrical panels or control panels for evaluation and verification.

Console Panels

The Control rooms console of PYROTECH BRAND consists of individual modular units of Fabricated/angled section, each designed to be assembled into a complete console structure.
The Consoles are fully modular in design and construction.

Modular Design with standardised unit or dimension as for easy assembly & repair or flexible arrangement.

⮚ The consoles are ergonomically designed for operator comforts & suitable for housing mounting personnel computers,21” CRT’s,19” racks mounted equipment, video monitors, distributor control systems & other items required in a control room environment.
⮚ The console system has the ability to house panel mounted components such as panel meters, push buttons, pilot lights & other components required by the system.
⮚ Console system has the option of being one or two tiers high.
