Saltech supplies complete fire-water pump packages for onshore and offshore installations, engineered to applicable FM/UL NFPA-20 requirements and relevant hazardous-area and EEMUA specifications. Packages can be configured around diesel engines, electric motors, gas or steam turbines, hydraulic drives or combined arrangements, to duties up to 5,000 gpm and 1,000 hp, subject to project specification.

Saltech supplies industrial pumping solutions for applications including dewatering, drainage, borewell and openwell duties, sump pumping and other utility requirements. Saltech can review flow, head, liquid, solids handling, installation arrangement and available power before recommending the appropriate solution.

Saltech supplies non-electric engine starting systems for applications where electric starting is prohibited, undesirable or unreliable. Hydraulic, pneumatic and spring starter solutions are available depending on project requirements.

Saltech can supply specialist engine safety accessories including air shut-down valves, spark arrestors and associated equipment. Selection is based on the engine, hazardous-area classification, operating environment and project specification.
