JUNCTION BOX
We offer a comprehensive range of IP55/IP65 small enclosures, ideal for indoor and outdoor applications.
Constructed with durable materials including 1.6mm CRCA MS sheet for the junction box and front door, 2.0mm GI/ALU Zinc sheet for the mounting plate, and 2.0mm CRCA MS sheet for the bottom cable gland plate. Our enclosures undergo a chemical treatment using NANO Technology from Henkel (Germany), followed by Hybrid Epoxy Polyester powder coating for maximum durability and protection. Featuring self-gripping PU foam gaskets for enhanced sealing, IP65 rating (without cutouts), and single-point cam locks for added security.
BARE PANELS
Protection:The FeCOSY panels meet the varying protection requirements up to IP 55.
Strength:The Rigid 5 Fold Sections provides a very stable framework, moreover the recessed side sheets provide extra strength to the cubicle. The folding of the sheets make the frame structure lighter and stronger than traditional construction system of making structure frame with MS Angles and Flats.
Flexibility: In terms of Size, Mountings, Accessibility and Finish; the cubicles are made to order and we do not push standard products.
IntegrationWe offer panels integrated with instruments, elements and wiring, providing complete one stop solution for panel requirement.
